Dear Geoff / Shagga,

Putting it bluntly, the DORMA National Conference would not have been the "raging" success that it was without the great MC'ing and Shagged leadership of your good self. In your opening stanza there was an air of disquiet as "conservative" souls wondered what on earth we had in front of us. In no time at all, you earned their respect and proceeded to have us waiting with baited breath as to what hilarity or event followed next. In amongst all that however, there was well regulated professional planning and execution by you that was understood and followed by all.

Combined with Robyn Moore's memorable and inspirational speech, Chris Gaskell and Spot On's great preparation and guidance and a whole lot of other excellent contributions by all participants, it became a memorable and long lasting success for Team DORMA. The fact that you got a standing ovation says it all.

We hope that you enjoy a Friday and Saturday night in the Hyatt as a thank you from Team DORMA.

We're not sure whether you will be the Shaggee, Shaggor or Shagged - does it really matter?
